Refund policy

goBorgh® Return & Refund Policy 

Because all goBorgh® products are made-to-order through our production partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or change-of-mind purchases.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Reporting a problem

 

Customers have 15 days from delivery to report an issue.

To report a problem, email tania@goborgh.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will submit a replacement request to our production partner, who will produce and ship a new item to you.

 

Do not return items

Printful does not accept returned products, and items should not be sent back to goBorgh®.

Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

This policy ensures fast resolution while keeping production efficient for all customers.
