In 2008, Tania Goss created the original coined word goBorgh - as a unique expression, inspired by the phrase “go BIG or go home.” She alone, created the word (goBorgh), one did not previously exist.

Since its creation, goBorgh® has been protected under federal trademark registration and copyright law as both a word and brand mark.

Because the word goBorgh was authored and invented by Tania Goss it is protected for all uses and representations.

No individual, business, or account may use the word ‘goBorgh‘ on merchandise, branding, usernames, promotional material, or in any other commercial or public form, without written permission, in the form of a legally binding ‘Use Authorization Agreement’, from Tania Goss & goBorgh® LLC.

The word goBorgh - in any form - is covered by trademark and copyright law.

This protection extends to any variation or alteration, including the addition of numbers, symbols, emojis, or other characters before or after the word goBorgh.

Any imitation or use likely to cause confusion constitutes an unauthorized use and violates federal protections. Such violations are infringements of the exclusive rights held by Tania Goss, creator and owner of BOTH the word and brand goBorgh®.
